Is totally possible!: Work with your doctor to set up some weight-loss goals that are achievable and easy to do. Make sure your Dr. Refers you to a clinical nutritionist. So you'll be on a customized diet, nutritional program, that involves lots of fresh veggies and fruits, with some protein and lots of hydration. Also exercise is a huge component of this, and where it takes more disciplined to do it 3 times a week.
