Symptoms: Depression can be tough to diagnosis in the mild stages. Are you having trouble doing what you would typically do with ease? Do things seem less enjoyable or like there is a gray cloud over your life? Are you irritable or cranky? Is you sleep, appetite or energy affected? If you said yes to more than a couple of these you might want to ask your doctor to screen you for depression.

Depression Sx’s may include *sad/angry/irritable mood, *low energy level, *lack of motivation, * absence of joy, * feeling helpless or hopeless,* feeling guilty, * low self-esteem, problems with memory, concentration or decision making, crying spells, isolation from others, problems with job performance. Etc.
