Weak: Weak results in scarce/weak studies. One of those substances that may deserve a better chance to prove effective given the commercial presence and the tales. Anyway this far, not provenly more effective than (measurable) psychotherapy, for mild depression.

Maybe: There is some research suggesting it could be helpful, but there is no way to know in advance whether you will respond to it or not. There is no harm in treating it as an experiment to find out. Consider psychotherapy, which is of proven effectiveness.
