ABSOLUTELY NOT OK!!!: This would be VERY unhealthy. Tuna contains mercury; it's unsafe to eat more than 1 can of albacore every 9 days or 1 can of chunk light every 3 days or you become toxic with mercury- see http://www.nrdc.org/health/effects/mercury/tuna.asp Oatmeal is OK, but doesn't have much protein or essential oils. Experts now advise 9 servings of veggies & fruit each day; multivits don't have phytonutrients.

No: Agree with Dr. Baker. This does not make for a balanced diet. As already pointed out- too much fish that could be high in mercury should be avoided.
