Seeds, nuts, berries: Many options...seeds such as chia, ground flaxseed, hemp. Nuts like almonds or walnuts. Frozen berries...can thaw in the fridge the night before or add frozen to cool it down. Slicing a banana takes maybe 15 seconds. Canned pumpkin with cinnamon.
