Swollen Lumph Nodes : Although oral cancer is assocaited with chewing tobacco, one week of use will not result in cancer. The wide separation between the nodes in the neck and the nodes in the groin suggest something else may be pgoing on, ranging from a simple post-viral adenoparhy to something more sinister. If they nodes don't clear on their own, i suggest she consult her doctor for a thorough evaluation.

I agree. The duration of the enlarged nodes is definitely unusual as is their lack of tenderness- this should be checked out with a physician as soon as possible- it may require more sophisticated testing than a simple CBC- most likely a simple lymph node biopsy as well as a chest XRAY but I would not delay in getting this evaluated.
