Swollen Lumph Nodes : Although oral cancer is assocaited with chewing tobacco, one week of use will not result in cancer. The wide separation between the nodes in the neck and the nodes in the groin suggest something else may be pgoing on, ranging from a simple post-viral adenoparhy to something more sinister. If they nodes don't clear on their own, i suggest she consult her doctor for a thorough evaluation.
