Swollen, painful lymph nodes but are just on my right side, including neck, armpit and groin. if its just on one side, could it still be cancer?

Yes: It may not be cancer (for example, could be due to an infection) but this might be lymphoma or another type of cancer. If it is lymphoma there are effective treatments available. Please see your doctor as soon as possible as the sooner you diagnose whatever it is the easier it will be to treat it.
