If that's the case a rubber sole for your shoes is very effective and can be purchased from your local pharmacy ... Choose the best one if you go for it ... Obviously reducing weight on foot and less work is a must as well ...

Right foot pain: on inside could possibly something called planter fascitis. Make sure you are wearing good supportive shoes and seek a foot doctors help if pain persists. The doctor will examine your foot, may be take an xray and recommend treatment options.
