Hard to say: There are several possibilities, although it is a little uncommon for it not to hurt when you weight bear/ambulate. Pain when you move it a certain way often suggests a ligent or tendon source. A detailed exam and appropriate studies could likely determine the cause. I would not hesitate to be seen.
