Arch strain.: It sounds a lot like an inflammation of the insertion point of the medial band of the plantar fascia. Most commonly known as plantar fasciitis. Another possibility could be apophysitis, however you may be a little too old. In either case, it would probably be best to stop running for a while. The injured tissues need time to recover.
