Gorilloid-What the ?: It sounds as though you're describing a condition known as "os naviculare syndrome". This involves a loose, slipped, fractured or otherwise sick accessory bone located on the inside of your foot. A physical examination and x-rays will be needed to confirm this and identify any other related problems.
