Ice it: You may have inflammatory reaction to the treatment. Since its close to the eye you will need to see your doctor for possible antibiotic treatment. Please place an ice pack over it.

"Burt off": Yu had surgery. Swelling is to be expected. The amount of swelling, however, deserves reevaluation. Contact the Physician that treated you and report your symptoms.
