Hi,i got punched on the cheek bone less than 24hours ago, eye is bruised badly, there is no blood in the eye it however is swollen and is blue mixed with red, please assist with reducing swelling and getting the colour lighter, thank you in advance.

Need more info: Why were you punched? If you are suffering from domestic abuse, you need to report it to police. If it was accidental you can leave it alone and it will resolve. After 24 hours you may use warm compresses to increase blood flow to the area and facilitate resolution. Wish you good health!
