I popped a stye on my outer lower eyelid after using hot compresses and it came to a head now it is really swollen how do i get the swelling to go dow?

Warm compresses: Continue to use warm compresses regularly, but if it doesn't improve or if the swelling or redness worsens, you should see your doctor. Worsening redness, swelling, increased warmth and pain could indicate an eyelid infection called periorbital cellulitis, which would require antibiotic treatment.

Ice the area: and see your doctor asap. There is a chance it could have gotten infected and you may need to be on antibiotics.
