Swollen lymph node on back of neck right side i had a sore throat for last 3 days its gone now could that of been cause of swelling and also does swollen lymph node on neck cause stiff neck and pain when moving head to look around?

Your recent infection is the likely cause of enlarged nodes. You could watch and wait. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor.
