Liver mass: It means there are 2 spots in your liver that have a high blood flow and could possibly be abnormal. They can not tell exactly what they are by ultrasound. You need an MRI which will give much greater detail. You should see your primary care doctor to help arrange this. But it means there might be a problem in your liver and you need follow up tests- don't ignore this.

Hyperechoic liver Le: The presence of two such lesions is worrisome; generally a non-enhancing lesion is benign - lipoma, hemangioma, or nodular hyperplasia. Two lesions are unusual for benign lesions. While they could represent focal fat collections, I would be concerned and urge you to follow up immediately with your provider.

Liver mass: Hyperechogenic can be either benign or malignant. Absence of vascularity is comforting however ultrasound images are not clear enough to make a good diagnosis. MRI or CT can improve the diagnostic accuracy .
