Very common: We call this a soft corn or Heloma Molle. Make sure your shoes are not too narrow. I don't recommend the over the counter meds. If changing shoes doesn't help, see a Podiatrist

Yes- common: It is very possible to have a corn between the 4th and 5th toes, usually caused by a bone spur or a toe out of place. A podiatrist can remove the corn but it will return. You can use toe spacers, the gels are better. Last resort- surgery

Very Common.: Getting rid of it will involve either changing you shoe choices or re surfacing the involved toe bones. You can try padding and foam, but it essentially makes the toe fit tighter in the already tight shoe. Most of the time surgery is the answer.
