A member asked:

I recently just started running again and i keep getting corns on my outer pinky toe on the left foot. always happens to the same foot in the same spot. besides buying looser shoes is there anything else i can do to help prevent this issue?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Corn pad: You may apply a corn pad, available over the counter, to the site to prevent friction. You may also use sallicylic acid cream to soften the lesion and scrap the excess tissue.
