I have a cut under my pinky toe, but i also get blister all the time in that same toe. what can i do to prevent it from getting blisters or cuts under?

It could be: a fungal infection that causes a cut in the "sulcus" of your toe along with blistering. I advise Lamisil (terbinafine) GEL. Make sure you get GEL and not the cream. Apply this twice a day and if you see no improvement, follow up with a podiatrist.
