Callus care: I am not sure, but it sounds like you may be talking about a callus that has formed on the outside of the pinky toe. This is a problem that many have. If you are healthy, i would recommend you use a good exfoliating foot cream and use a pumice stone on it about every other day...Back off on treating if it gets sore. Otherwise, see a podiatrist.

Yes: I assume you are thinking of a corn. Moisturizer with urea is good start but they usually return due to enlarged bone below the skin. A surgical procedure can get rid of it for good but use as last resort.
