Yes indeed: Insurance covers surgical correction of the problem...If treated conservatively for temporary relief insurance will usually not cover it and call it routine care..Get it fixed...You will be glad you did...

Depends on the cause: A podiatrist can help you with that. Corn on the toes usually arise due to an underlying cause. Most insurance companies will cover for conservative and surgical management if you have a painful hammertoe with a corn. Have it evaluated and get the appropriate treatment.
