How many months will it take for a gum inflammation to get better, gums don't bleed, had a deep cleaning at the gumline by dentist?

It depends: You are young and you should heal pretty fast from gum inflammation, but if you had deep pockets with bone loss it is a different story. Gingivitis if treated right should heal in matter of days, at the most a week or 2.
