Low uric: Gout will not happen with low uric acid. An acute joint attack can occur from calcium / phosphate crystals , called pseudogout.

Not low uric acid: Gout is caused by an excess of uric acid, not low uric acid. Arthritis is a broad term for many types of joint abnormalities such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, psoriatic arthritis, etc. None of them are caused by low uric acid.
