I fasted mainly on bread & water for religious reasons about a month and a half. for the first time in my life my urine exam showed uric acid crystals. i followed a gout diet since and uric acid in blood is 4.0, normal. can gout be cured in my case?

Uric acid crystals can sometimes be present normally in urine. That does not mean you have gout. Specially if the serum uric acid is 4. Enjoy a normal dit and drink adequate water and you will be fine
