Go to ER: The history of stones makes you likely to develop another. The stone ma b stagnant an thus not causing that much pain because its not moving and scratching the collection system as it moves along.

Yes: Either to the ER or your doctor. Either way you need to have radiographic testing to see what is going on. If it is a stone,size,location,blocking or not....Also to get medication for the pain.Get well soon.
