Flank pain on both sides. hard to get comfortable sitting or laying down. pain for three weeks that is constant. i've had three kidney stones in the past, and this doesn't feel like the same pain.

Flank pain: I would think it highly unusual that kidney stones would become symptomatic simultaneously on both sides. In addition you would know what kidney stone pain is like. Your symptoms are probably musculoskeletal, related to the vertebrae or lumbar muscles. Three weeks is a long time to suffer and it's time to be examined by a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
