I have history of kidney stone havent had one in years. i developed urge to urinate often, and after i pee i still want to pee. i have some sharp cramps on and off middle pelvis, flank, lower back but mild. kidney sand? interstitial cystitis?

Urination pain, urge: Interstitial cystitis is the most likely explanation, but see your gyn for a clean catch urine specimen and culture. Inflammation of the urethra will also cause burning and a urinary tract infection will cause pain in mid-pelvis, lower back.
