Went to er with flank pain. ct showed three small kidney stones also showed i was constipated. said that wasnt related to my flank pain. does kidney pain make you feel gassy? stomach churns and i pass gas here and there.

Separate problems: Kidney stones can cause flank pain, but not constipation or feeling gassy. The kidney stones and your intestinal symptoms are entirely different and need different treatments. Discuss with your doctor.
