Is there such thing as too much fish oil?

Fish oil excess: People with liver disease may experience problems with excessive amounts of fish oils. Fish oil can also affect your body's ability to clot blood, so it should be discontinued before surgical procedures.

Good quality: marine fish oil has many research-based benefits. It makes the platelets silky so if you are on a blood thinner consult w/doc. Some folks take 6-8 caps daily under supervisaion. Poor quality MFO can be contaminated w/toxins so get a good brand that has been purified and is 50% EPA&DHA. Peace and good health.
