Losing weight: is a simple equation of eating less and exercising more. Try to eliminate junk food and carbs. Get regular exercise but don't go crazy or you will get too sore and give up. Go to bed at a decent time and get regular sleep. And drink water. Eat healthy, normal, nutritious food. No crazy diets.
