Weight loss: Start by seeing your doc to make sure any weight loss plan is good for your health situation. Ask about a ketogenic diet--low carb a higher protein. Check out exercise videos on line for home support of exercise. Better yet, brisk walk or run daily if ok w/doc. Peace and good health.
