Calorie balance: The idea is calorie balance. Weight is a simple equation. Always has been and always will be. You can't cheat the equation with tricks or diet plans or supplements. To lose weight, eat less calories than you burn. So, either burn more or eat less but keep a healthy balance. First talk with your doc to see if you even need to lose and if it would even be healthy for you to do so.

Diet & exercise: Make sure you exercise at least 30 minutes a day, don't skip meals, avoid soda, juice, dairy, alcohol and fried foods. Eat a healthy well balanced diet! also water, organic vegetable broth, green leafy vegetables, natural pickles, apples are great to fill you up so you dont feel hungry and they are very low in calories.
