Migraine tx in pregn: Pregnancy can often alleviated or lessen migraines in women, however not all women will experience this. It is important to note new migraine triggers(lack of sleep, food etc) and change lifestyle accordingly. Fiorcet is a class C in pregnancy so probably safe but not enough data to say definitively. It is likely safe in breastfeeding however.

Stop Fioricet (acetaminophen butalbital and caffeine): You are taking a barbiturate and the baby could be subjected to barbiturate withdrawal following labor and delivery. You need to discuss all of this immediately with your obstetrician and pediatrician. You need to find other ways to handle your headaches which have become chronic daily events due to your meds!!
