Headaches w/ eye sx: Although the headaches seem to be chronic & the eye pressure not new, the combinaiton of the two in a 60 year old is a flag for presence of a condition called tempal or giat cell arteritis which requires relatively urgent evaluaiton. An eye exam is also required to evaluate for glauacoma & other conditions. Fioricet (acetaminophen butalbital and caffeine) works in the short term, but not recommended for longterm migraine treatment.
