Reoccurring migraines for over a year. i was put on fioricet (acetaminophen butalbital and caffeine) by my neuro which helps but the migraines are coming back. causes of daily headaches?

Migraines: there are two approaches to treating migraine. Abortive medications such as fioricet, Imitrex, Relpax (eletriptan). The other approach is the prophylactic approach with meds such as Topamax. In your case it sounds like you may have migraines and med rebound headaches. Consider asking your neurologist for a preventive therapy.
