If pain persists or worsens, it may require attention and you should call your dentist or an oral surgeon for follow up appointment.

Go back to dentist: What you are experiencing may not be related to the extraction, it is wise to visit your dentist again and have him check it out. It could be anything, a cavity, an infection... Even pain from your joints... Hard to say

See your dentist: - to rule out TMJ problem or any other possible causes, e.g. Deep cavities in areas mentioned. It was not specified which areas you are getting trigger injections but you may also need to see your M.D. for a possible Fibromyalgia flare up.
