When significant blood dyscrasias develop Clozapine may need to be rapidly stopped which can lead to withdrawal symptoms such as headache, agitation, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, orthostatic hypotension, return of mania or rebound psychosis, serotonin syndrome & catatonia.
