Hello I am 19 years old. I had some concerns over some swollen lymph nodes. I have three on my neck. Two on one side and one on the other. I also have one in my left armpit. They have not increased in size or gone away. When should I be concerned?

Firm lymph node in my right armpit about 1 cm and inferior jugular node about 4mm and 5 other node in neck had a chest X-ray and blood tests that came back clear and an ultrasound on my neck is clear but doctor felt one in armpit and said it fine?
