LN or something else: LN x 3 months is nt a usual finding. This could be something else such as remnant of an abscess, sebaceous cyst or lipoma which are less likely, etc. Likely benign but have it looked at, perhaps w a POC US + CBC at lease. Bx may or may not be indicated depending on features.
