It seems like i always have a uti. i do everything my doctor says to keep them away but they just keep coming back. what can i do?

Some possibilities: Without an actual exam, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health. In general, some possibilities are something being structurally kinked blocking urine flow (trauma, stones). Or not enough fluid intake or intercourse pushing germs up (urinating immediately after intercourse or an antibiotic right after might help). resistant germ (lab culture to test germ sensitivity).
