Things to consider. One reason women have more UTI's then men is anatomy. Poop is the main source of most of these germs & close proximity of the pee outlet to poop outlet makes females vulnerable to cross contamination. Sex can bring germs to the pee hole. Peeing after sex can reduce UTI's, avoiding anal to vaginal sex, being sure to wipe poop from front to back, these all can help.

Drink plenty of water, empy your bladder when you get the urge and right after sex, avoid constipation, keep good vaginal hygiene. If not seen by a Urologist pl see one. Sometimes a low dose af a urinary antibiotic for several weeks helps. Good luck
