Keep scope scheduled: Your pain may be related to endometriosis or previous infection leading to adhesions. The pain with urination may be due to interstitial cystitis. The laparoscopy is one step in the evaluation and may require additional consultation with urologist if your scope is normal.

Interstitial Cystiti: A very common, but poorly understood, condition known as "interstitial cystitis" (ic)could be your answer. Frequently, women (women>men) are evaluated/referred for recurrent utis, but really have "ic." also known as the "painful bladder syndrome, " often associated with hematuria and urinary frequency. One does not have to have all 3 symptoms, however, to have ic. See your urologist.
