I get PVCS and have POTS. If I get my heart rate to 110bpm with exercise I'm ok. BUT if I get hot like sat in sun and my HR goes to 110bpm I get TONS of PVCS, why? Structurally normal heart by echo, ECG and normal bloods and electrolytes?
