A member asked:

I get pvcs and have pots. if i get my heart rate to 110bpm with exercise i'm ok. but if i get hot like sat in sun and my hr goes to 110bpm i get tons of pvcs, why? structurally normal heart by echo, ecg and normal bloods and electrolytes?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

A recent large study of PVC's showed that the appearance of frequent PVC' s during recovery from exercise was more worrisome than those developing during the exercise. Despite no evidence of structural heart disease, I would feel most comfortable by being evaluated and advised by a cardiologist specializing in electrophysiology in view of your marked ventricular irritability.
