Does ehlers danlos increase the risk of heart attack caused by vessels and such in the heart collapsing and not letting enough blood through?

No: Glad to reassure you. It just doesn't. Even Ehlers-Danlos IV, in which the arteries end up very fragile and prone to intractable hemorrhaging, doesn't do this. It just doesn't happen.
