There are more side effects of cannabis than the heart. It can affect your brain, lungs ,thinking and oral hygiene. Since you are medically compromised you will cause more problems to your health. Join a gym, work out to lose weight with a low carb diet and feel better about yourself. Your too young to adopt bad habits and live a productive life.

Not clear why you would like "to try cannabis" as this will not improve your obesity or high blood pressure, and possibly worsen underlying physical or emotional issues. Unfortunately, many of the users of marijuana seek euphoria or the feeling of being high, as contrasted to dealing with the challenges of life on a daily basis. Follow the prior advice and find a productive lifestyle.
