Symptoms?: At this level, you might or might not be troubled with big lymph nodes, diarrhea, weigh loss, oral thrush, and/or "the blahs", maybe nervous system or blood stuff. Need treatment: Symptomatic or not symptomatic is not determined by lab findings but by how the patient feels. In any case, the person should be under-treatment, with or without symptoms.
