Treatment: A bronchoscopy to test lung fluid for bacteria, fungi and viral causes of a possible lung infection may be indicated. Your dry cough is concerning and a CT image may identify additional areas of concern. Treatment of your HIV is indicated and an appointment with your HIV specialist is suggested.

4th gen negative, hiv-1pcr viral load not detected but cd4 363 and possible exposure 8 years ago. Went to doctor he said no hiv and did a test there non reactive. Can hcv or other factor la interfere hiv test accuracy. Armpits look swollen and rashes?
