Treatment: This is a relatively high CD4 and a low viral load, treatment is now recommended when CD4 drops below 500 or when patient feels ready to start ; it can be a combination of a protease inhibitor with a reverse transcriptase inhibitor or non reverse transcriptase inhibitor or any other combination, there are low pill burden tx that exist today, should see a doctor with experience in treating hiv.
