Probably safe: Breast feeding usually is more nutritious and healther than formula, and with an undetectable viral load your baby will be at low risk of becoming infected, perhaps zero risk. However, this can differ between patients. Check with both your HIV clinic or doctor and your son't pediatrician and follow their advice.
